What does the ECC do for you?
The European Consumer Centre Netherlands supports consumers from Utrecht and surrounding areas with:

All assistance from the ECC is free of charge and includes:

When can you approach the ECC?

- The business is located in another EU country, Iceland, Norway, or the UK
- You have already taken steps to resolve the problem yourself
Not for local Dutch matters
For conflicts with Dutch companies, such as those in Utrecht, turn to the Disputes Committee, the ACM, or the Utrecht District Court. The ECC handles only cross-border issues and can refer you to the Municipality of Utrecht for additional local support.
